This Privacy Policy explains how Lycan Core (“Lycan Core”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our 3D-printing service. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Uploaded 3D model files are retained to support reprints and disputes, and are deleted on request once they are no longer required for those purposes.

How we protect it

Your data is stored on infrastructure with database-level access controls and encryption in transit. Access to order data is restricted to the Lycan Core operator.
