Bulk & production runs · For business
Production parts, without the tooling bill.
We 3D print functional parts for South African businesses in production quantities — 10 to 500+ units — on our own machines and a vetted partner network. Instant per-part pricing from your file, a first article to approve, then the batch.
What businesses run through us
Jigs, fixtures & tooling
Assembly jigs, drill guides, alignment fixtures and holders that match your line exactly — replaced in days when a design changes, not weeks.
End-use functional parts
Brackets, housings, spacers, guards and mechanism parts in engineering plastics, printed with the wall counts and infill your load case needs.
Enclosures & panels
Electronics enclosures, sensor mounts and control-panel hardware — short runs that injection moulding can't touch on cost.
Bridge production
Sell real product while your tooling is being made: 10–500 units on demand, reorderable from the same file, no minimums.
Why volume works here
No tooling, no minimums
Per-part price from your actual file. Ten units this month, two hundred next — same file, same quality, zero mould cost.
Network capacity
Batches route across our own machines plus a vetted partner print network, all shipped under one QC standard — so volume doesn't mean queues.
Business-friendly billing
Card or EFT against an order number, one flat R100 courier per order, and every quote is confirmed before any payment is requested.
How a production run works
1. Upload & price
Upload your STL/OBJ/3MF for an instant per-part price, or email drawings for parts still in CAD.
2. First article
We print and courier a sample so you can verify fit, strength and finish before committing the batch.
3. Production
The run is scheduled across the network, QC-checked part by part, and shipped with tracking — with a firm dispatch date agreed upfront.
4. Reorder on file
Your files and settings stay on record: repeat batches are one email or one click from your account.
Engineering materials, honest advice
PETG for impact and weather, ABS/ASA for heat and outdoor life, TPU for flexible parts, PLA/PLA+ for fit-checks and indoor components — see the full materials & pricing guide. Need the part designed or reverse-engineered first? That's our design service.
