Design & prototyping · South Africa
We design the part. Then we print it.
Most 3D printing services need a finished CAD file. We don't. Bring us a broken part, a sketch, or a problem — we design a functional part around your exact needs, prototype it fast, and print it locally.
What businesses use this for
Replacement parts
The clip, bracket, gear or housing the manufacturer no longer sells. Send the broken original — we reverse-engineer it and print it stronger.
Jigs & fixtures
Assembly jigs, drill guides, holders and organisers that fit your workflow exactly. Small tools that save hours on the line.
Product prototypes
Turn an idea into a testable object in days, not months. Iterate cheaply before committing to tooling or moulds.
Low-volume production
10–500 units without mould costs. Ideal for niche products, enclosures and custom hardware.
How a project runs
1. Brief
Email us a description, sketch, photos or the broken part with rough measurements. We reply with feasibility and a design estimate.
2. CAD design
We model the part and send you renders (and the 3D preview) to approve. Revisions are part of the process.
3. Prototype
First article printed and couriered to you. Test it in the real world.
4. Refine & produce
We tune fit and strength from your feedback, then print as many as you need. Your design stays on file for reorders.
Engineering materials, honest advice
PLA and PLA+ for form and fit, PETG and ASA for outdoor and chemical resistance, ABS for heat, TPU for flexible parts. We'll tell you when 3D printing is the right tool — and when it isn't.
Design work is quoted per project after a free feasibility check. Printing is priced by our instant quote engine — the same transparent rates as every other order.
